Did Mother Nature cut off our heat because somebody forgot to pay our heating bill? High temperatures yesterday barely rose above 0 degrees in Northwest Iowa yesterday and Spencer only got to -1 degree. The good news is that temperatures will moderate for the remainder of the week, but this moderation will come from a snow storm. It is not even officially winter yet!
