A trace of soil temperatures (black line) and solar radiation (red line) for the past 60 days shows that both values have been steadily declining throughout the period. Soil temps did recover a bit yesterday with the return of warm and humid air. Today's very warm weather will kick soil temps up a few more degrees before the next wave of cold air comes in tonight.
