Subject: Storm Damage Anita and Lake Anita Stare Park

 The severe thunderstorm that went through Anita just before 4 AM caused
this damage.   This damage is all in a 1/2 long section of Hwy 148 from the
entrance of Lake Anita State Park to Turkey Creek.  Dad said all the debris
was blown to the north of the original location of the trees and buildings
indicating strong straight-line winds from the south.  Pictures by Cullen
Turner,  age 11,  Anita, IA.  I plan to use some of these pictures for a
class assignment,
