Video was taken from a Camera Phone. I extracted some frames and
lightened them up to see the outline of the smaller tornado, the
larger one was to the left and not fully on the screen, the rest of
it was cut off. when the lightning flashes you can see them.

The Video was taken 8:37-8:40 pm April 13th�at the Elks club in Iowa
City, just south of I-80 and 1/2 mile west of Dubuque Street. I shot
this looking East ( my original guess was Regina Area ), but it was
just south of I-80. The smaller tornado, seemed to go up 1st and
merged with the larger one, and was gone within 1 minute.

Maybe you can enhance the video a little better than I was able to.
