Subject: Tornado damage pics in Ames IA

I live about a half mile East of where the tornado touched down in West
Ames
right on Ontario Street. I just saw swirling clouds and lightning
strikes,
several of which caused breif interuptions in power. Other than that, I
didn't hear actually hear or see the tornado.

Ames
 Here are some pictures I managed to take of the damage after the tornado
passed. Feel free to use any of it on air, of course. This is debris
laying
in the street and wrapped around a light pole right on Ontario Street
right
at the furthest spot in West Ames near County Highway R38.
