The IEM VTEC Browser got a rewrite (see Github issue 145) to hopefully make it work better on mobile/tablet. I suspect there are some edge cases to be had, so please do let us know of issues you encounter.

The Valid Time Event Code (VTEC) browser allows for quick navigation through the IEM curated archive of NWS Watch, Warning, and Advisories (WWA) events that contain VTEC encoding. Most all NWS WWA products have VTEC encoding, so the app has most all alerts the NWS generates.
