While not much of a winter storm, the most recent light snowfall producer did accumulate 1- 2 inches of fluff over a NW to SE stripe over Iowa as shown by the featured map. There was not much wind with this system, so there were not near as many travel difficulties as compared with the previous storm system. We still have two more light snowfall producing systems to go before warmer weather is forecasted to arrive next week!
