The featured chart presents the frequency of having a second 70+ degree day afterwards. For the end of March, the frequencies are below 50%. The higher frequencies shown earlier in March are simply due to a limited number of events. Of course, the highest values are in July when each day is almost guaranteed to be at least 70 degrees.
