From ASOS CF6 reports
It has been a strange summer in Iowa as the rainfall fortunes of various locations in the state have switched from having too much to having not enough. The featured table shows how the sites that were wet in May are now dry in July, while Davenport has had the opposite occur. Regardless, the entire state could use rainfall, but the forecast is not that bullish on rain and an increase in temperatures will only add to the moisture stress that is already occuring.
